Dabble is designed for children aged 2–4. As the parent or legal guardian, by allowing your child to use this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the App.

The App itself, including the code, design, and original assets, is the property of [Your Name/Company Name]. However, any artwork created by a user within the App belongs entirely to that user. We do not claim any ownership over your child’s drawings.
Dabble includes a parental gate (the "3-second hold" menu) to help prevent children from accidentally navigating away from the App or accessing device settings. While we strive to provide a secure environment, we are not responsible for any actions taken on the device if a child manages to bypass these controls.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." While we aim for a bug-free experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be functional or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data (such as drawings) if the App is deleted or the device is damaged.
